The housekeeping service takes place every day between 09:00 and 16:00, upon delivery of the keys at the reception.
Please note that when leaving the apartment key at reception at this time, we will automatically understand that you want housekeeping service, unless otherwise informed.

Safe Box
For your convenience, we offer a free digital safe.
To create a password please follow the steps below:
- type # and the word “code” will appear.
- Enter 4 or 6 digits (depending on your safe model) and wait for the screen to clear. When the screen goes off, the password will already be saved.
- To close or open, re-enter the code.
