• Check-in is available from 3 pm. Your room must be checked out by 12:00 (noon) on the departure date.
• The hotel & restaurant does not host or receive children under 14 years old.
• By law, it is not allowed to host or receive people in your apartment if they are not registered.
• Swimming pools and sauna are for the exclusive use of guests, not being allowed for guests or visitors.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The use of sound equipment in social areas is prohibited, as well as in the rooms when the volume is high.
• The use of beverage coolers and the like is not allowed in social areas.
• We keep forgotten objects for 3 months. If not claimed within the period, they will be donated.
• We do not have parking.
• Electricity: standard 110v, however some outlets may be labeled 220v and should be noted. If needed, plug adapters are available at the front desk.
• Our rooms have a system for activating the lights using a presence card. To enable the system, simply insert a card into the receiver in your apartment. Damaged or lost cards will cost BRL 60.00 each. Please note that it is not allowed to remove the card from the key fob.
• Henna tattoos and hair dye definitely stain bed & bath linens, stained items will be charged.
• Vila d’este reserves the right not to admit or host guests when the conduct presented is inappropriate and/or disrespects the rights of other guests or the house.

Housekeeping

• Beverages removed from the minibar and not consumed will be charged.
• If you want to leave wet clothes to dry, we have a reserved area, consult the front desk. Please do not place on the balcony of your room.
• The housekeeping service takes place every day between 09:00 and 16:00, upon delivery of the keys at the reception.

Please note that when leaving the apartment key at reception at this time, we will automatically understand that you want housekeeping service, unless otherwise informed.

Pools & Sauna

There are two swimming pools and a sauna with a fabulous view for you to enjoy your days in Búzios.

Opening hours:

• Pools: 08am to 08pm.
• Pool heating and Sauna: 04pm to 08pm.

Parking

We do not have parking, it is possible to park in the hotel’s street.

Please note that throughout the city the spaces marked in blue are managed by the city hall and are subject to payment for rotating parking.

Bardot Promenade Access

Vila d’este has exclusive access to Orla Bardot. For your own safety and that of other guests in the house, we ask that you make sure that the gate is closed when you leave.

Reservations

• Reservations are processed according to the information provided by each customer. In case of error or discrepancy, children under 14 years old will not be admitted and there will be no refunds.
• As Búzios is a bohemian city, known for its variety of attractions and activities, in periods of greater movement the city may not offer the ideal environment for relaxation.
• The values ​​represented on the website include breakfast and taxes. The charge for extras and fees may be made separately and/or divided into more than one charge, always respecting the total amount of the reservation.
